Prices
We consider the editorial process a collaborative one. We perform all of our work using Microsoft Word’s Tracked Changes and Comments features, and we welcome your participation while we perfect your text. All of our work comes with free revisions.
Proofreading and Editorial Services
€0.015 per character including spaces. A 3000-word document would cost approximately €320.
Advertising Slogans and Tagline Work
€750 flat fee including ten revisions.
Content Creation
We’re happy to create content for you, based on information you supply us with in English. This differs from proofreading in that we create English language content for you from scratch.
€6 per 100 words. One thousand words of content would cost €600.
Expedited Service
For documents up to 4000 words our normal turnaround is 24 hours. If you require a same day service or half-day service, there is a surcharge of €50 or €100 respectively.
FAQ
Q. I use Grammarly and Microsoft Word's spelling checker to review my writing. Isn't this enough?
A. Both are good, but neither knows what your intentions are. Nor can they tell you if stylistic elements such as phrasal verbs, fragmented sentences and idioms are being used appropriately. Lastly, they’re not perfect at grammar checking and often make mistakes.
Q. My team writes in fluent English. Do I really need a third party to improve the quality of their work?
A. Many of our clients write well. But on average, a one-page document written by a C1-level non-native requires over one hundred corrections. Writing well is not the same as writing professionally for an English-speaking audience.
Q. What kinds of documentation do you work on?
A. Everything. From slogans and copy to internal letters and global finance reports. No project is too big or too small.
Q. I need a document reviewed urgently. Can you help?
A. Yes. Our normal turnaround for 1000-2000 words is 12 hours. Bigger projects take longer. We offer a same-day service for urgent work. For short texts that require an even faster response, we can revise your document in as little as an hour.
